Sunny Hill Fiber Mill Terms of Service

Sunny Hill Fiber Mill requires all clients to agree to the following terms and conditions for fiber processing services:

  • I agree to pay Sunny Hill Fiber Mill a conditionally refundable deposit equaling $10/lb of the total fiber processing order. The balance of this deposit, factored according to arrival weight, is due at the time of the order’s arrival at the mill and will be credited onto the order’s final invoice.

  • I understand that Sunny Hill Fiber Mill reserves the right to refuse service on any order for any reason, including but not limited to, lack of fiber preparation, misrepresentation of fiber in initial communications, inability of SHFM to process a specific type of fiber, etc.

  • I agree to pick up my completed order within thirty (30) calendar days of notification of its completion; alternatively, I agree to pay to have my completed order shipped back to me. I agree to pay my final invoice before pick-up or shipment of the completed order and within 30 calendar days of notification of its completion. Failure to do so will result in Sunny Hill Fiber Mill’s assumption of ownership of that order’s fiber.

  • I understand that fiber processing is unpredictable by nature and I agree to not hold Sunny Hill Fiber Mill LLC, the owner, or operators responsible or liable for any service that does not appear to produce satisfactory results or for any damage that appears to have been done to my fiber while undergoing the fiber process.

  • I agree to thoroughly skirt my fiber before its arrival at Sunny Hill Fiber Mill. Failure to do so will either incur a $50/hr fee for mill skirting services or the order’s rejection altogether. Also, I understand that any small vegetable matter remaining in the skirted fiber may still be present in the final output after fiber processing.

  • I understand that not all fiber is suited for processing through every machine at Sunny Hill Fiber Mill, and this may not become apparent until the Mill Plan is in progress. Therefore, I agree that the Mill Plan is always subject to change based on the determination of the mill operator. Sunny Hill Fiber Mill will always notify a client when their fiber’s Mill Plan is being adjusted.

  • I understand that the output of any fiber processing is a direct reflection of the quality of the fiber in question. In other words, I will not expect the mill machinery to magically improve the fiber throughout the processes.
